On  June 20, 2024 at 6 pm the Water Resources Division is holding a meeting - Public Hearing Regarding the Proposed Reissuance of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Individual Permit for Gelman Sciences LLC - Wagner Rd facility (NPDES IP No. MI0048453)

This is a virtual information meeting and public hearing to provide an opportunity for the public to provide comments on the proposed reissuance of the NPDES surface water permit for Gelman Sciences LLC - Wagner Rd, which authorizes the discharge of a maximum of 1.872 million gallons per day of treated groundwater to an unnamed tributary of Honey Creek. A short information session will be held as part of the hearing prior to taking comments. All interested parties are invited to share comments on the proposed NPDES permit.
