Mandatory Reporting
It is mandated all hearing tests and screens on babies less than 12 months of age be reported to the EHDI program (Act No. 31 Public Acts of 2006).
How to Report Screening Results
Hearing results should be sent within 7 days of performing the hearing screen using one of the methods below. If a parent declines the screening, please submit this information to EHDI.
