Beginning June 1, 2026, immunization data will be temporarily unavailable for report updates and data requests as the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) transitions to a new platform. Data access is expected to resume in mid-October, pending completion of the transition.
The following dashboard provides county level immunization coverage estimates for recommended childhood (19 thru 35-month-olds) and adolescent (13 thru 17-year-olds) vaccines. The public use dataset below contains county level data for all recommended vaccine series for children, adolescents, and adults. The data is updated quarterly, and the data source is Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR).
Note: The data provided on the dashboard and the attached public use dataset were corrected from first quarter of 2021 to the current quarter in order to account for data quality issues in MCIR.
