Dear Colleagues,
This INFO has an updated list for Commercial and Non-Profit NEMT Providers who are enrolled in the Community Health Automated Medicaid Processing System (CHAMPS).
Please use the attached updated list when authorizing CSHCS NEMT assistance with a Commercial or Non-Profit provider. If you are currently using anyone other than the providers on the attached list, please make sure the provider is enrolled in CHAMPS by contacting the Provider Support helpline at 1-800-292-2550 before authorizing CSHCS NEMT assistance. The Commercial and Non-Profit providers listed on the attachment have billed CSHCS within the last fiscal year (10/01/16 thru 09/30/17).
