Dear Colleagues,
The Family Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (Family Center) and Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) are pleased to announce a small grant opportunity for the 2020 - 2021 fiscal year (10/1/20 – 9/30/21). Each Local Health Department (LHD) is eligible to apply for up to $5,000 for their project. Please see the attachment for the application and guidelines.
