Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) and the Family Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (Family Center) are pleased to announce a small grant opportunity for the 2017-2018 fiscal year (10/1/17 – 9/30/18). Each Local Health Department (LHD) is eligible to apply for up to $10,000 for their project. Please see the attachment for the application and guidelines.
