Good morning,
The next meeting of the Maternal Child Health (MCH) Workgroup is Monday, December 13, 2021 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm.
We are pleased to announce that the December meeting is a collaborative meeting for Local Public Health Departments (LHDs) and Medicaid Health Plans (MHPs).
The goal of the collaborative meeting is for LHDs and MHPs to share information and have a discussion regarding respective care coordination and case management roles when serving Children's Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) Program members.
The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. We encourage LDHs and MHPs to invite all staff involved in case management and care coordination activities to attend.
