Portal Access is Moving to MiLogin

HHAeXchange in Michigan is moving to a Single Sign On (SSO) approach. Users will soon be required to access their HHAeXchange Portal(s) through MiLogin. MiLogin is Michigan's secure single sign on solution.

Take the following steps NOW to prepare for the upcoming change:

1. Log into or Create a MiLogin Account:

• If you access a HHAeXchange Payer and/or Provider Agency Portal, visit https://milogintp.michigan.gov to access an existing MiLogin for Business account or create a new account.   Watch this quick video to learn how to create a MiLogin Business account. 

• For MI Choice, MI Coordinated Health (MICH), and Behavioral Health program areas, those using the HHAeXchange Services Portal as the employer of record/managing employer visit https://milogin.michigan.gov to access an existing MiLogin for Citizens account or create a new account.  For instructions on how to create a MiLogin for Citizens Account see MiLogin for Citizens Instructions

2. HHAeXchange Portals:

• If you currently access a portal, make sure your credentials are valid by logging into the portal(s). This will help to minimize access issues after MiLogin migration.
• If you need access to a Payer and/or Provider Agency Portal, you will continue to contact your portal administrator to be given access before and after MiLogin migration.
• If you are the administrator and need instructions on how to add additional users, log into your Payer and/or Provider Agency Portal, open the Support Center, and search “User Management” for training videos and step-by-step instructions.

Note: MiLogin integration will impact users of the HHAeXchange Services Portal additional information will be forthcoming.
