MDHHS invites Home Help Individual Caregivers to join one of the upcoming training sessions to learn about the exciting features of the HHAeXchange Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Services Portal. The EVV Services Portal is not replacing or changing how caregivers report EVV. Caregivers will continue to clock in and out using one of the EVV methods, the HHAeXchange+ Mobile App and/or Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
What is the EVV Services Portal? The EVV Services Portal is a web-based service to capture and meet EVV requirements. Within the EVV Services Portal, a caregiver can review, edit, and approve EVV visits.

Each session will contain the same training materials on how to navigate the EVV Services Portal, enter a missed visit, along with review, edit, and approve a recorded visit. The intended audience is Home Help Individual Caregivers, directly employed by a client.

Note: This training is not intended for caregivers who are exempt from EVV, an approved live-in caregiver. Training on how to use the EVV Services Portal specific to live-in caregivers will be shared at a later date.
