User Verification Updates are coming to the HHAeXchange Mobile App
Beginning August 31, 2026, all Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) HHAeXchange+ mobile application (“app”) users will be required to complete an additional verification step, known as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA is a multi-step account login process that requires users to enter more information than just a password.
Upon logging into the mobile app with their HHAX+ username and password, users will be taken to an MFA settings screen to verify their account with a system-generated code.
Users can choose to have the code sent via text message to a mobile phone or to an email address. Users will be required to complete MFA every 30 days.
All users should confirm that their registered email address on file in CHAMPS remains up to date.
