April 23, 2025: Attention All Providers: Effective May 21, 2025, MDHHS TPL will receive a monthly file from Health Care Services Corporation, including the commercial coverage for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, Montana, and Oklahoma (HCSC BCBS). MDHHS TPL will no longer update these commercial records unless there are changes after the last load date of eligibility received directly from HCSC BCBS. Providers are asked to contact the member's HCSC BCBS plan for any questions related to loaded commercial coverage. The appropriate number can be found on the back of the member's card, or providers can reference https://www.hcsc.com/contact-us.
