The RHTP Advisory Council members were selected through a structured, rubric-driven process to ensure transparency, objectivity, and alignment with rural health priorities.

They are listed to provide transparency to Michigan's rural communities about the individuals and organizations that will be advising MDHHS on Rural Health Transformation Program implementation and priorities on their behalf.
