Regarding Supplies and Materials…
When it states to “identify materials, printing, or any equipment items under $5,000” is the $5,000 the total amount those items can be combined or is that for each individual item? For example, if we wanted to purchase a piece of equipment, it has to be under $5,000.00?
Answer:
Equipment is defined as any item with a unit cost of $5,000 or more. Those purchases are not permitted under the RFP. Funds may be used to purchase Supplies and Materials, which would include any material item under $5,000 per unit.

When do you anticipate the funding period to begin and end?
Answer:
MDHHS can set the projects to expire one year from execution.
