The purpose of the Policy, Advocacy, and Civil Rights (PACR) Subcommittee is to convene state agencies and non-state partners to ensure progress toward fulling the 15 recommendations outlined in the 2010 Civil Rights Report. The report is located on the Michigan Department of Civil Rights website: Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (michigan.gov).
The PACR goals are to complete the stated agency goals of the Civil Rights Report updates over time and present updates to the Michigan Department of Civil Rights at Commission Meetings as invited.
