Information For Health Plans & Providers
The goal of MI Coordinated Health (MICH) is to provide seamless access to high-quality care through coordination of services traditionally covered separately by Medicare and Medicaid. It offers a broad range of physical health, behavioral health, pharmacy, and long-term services and supports. The information and resources to support this coordination of care will be offered to providers by the participating health plans through timely communication across care team members.
