The Accounting / Business Centers do not have access to JJOLT. It will be the responsibility of the local office to upload the general ledger/caseload lists to the 206b. The MDHHS County Director will approve the 206b in JJOLT unless there is a zero balance (meaning there is no sub account). Office of Reconciliation and Recoupment will approve the form in that instance only.
