A. No, but many counties do if they claim indirect costs. A breakdown of what was charged to the individual CCF In-Home Care programs, whether staff wages or other court-level allocated costs, will be reviewed during the on-site review. If a county plans to submit indirect costs for reimbursement in their APB, review of the county-wide cost allocation plan will help to ensure that the indirect costs are shared across all county departments and are allowable, reasonable and equitable.
