DHS-207/206b
In regards to the changes to the monitoring process and the DHS-207/206b; it does not appear that there will be adequate time to comply with submitting all of the required materials timely.
The new monitoring process will be rolled out in two phases:
Phase I will begin with the June 2013 submissions of all required documentation as per the new monitoring process. The Counties will have June, July and August 2013 to work through any issues and questions regarding requirements. During this time counties can seek technical assistance from their assigned CCF analysts to determine if they have submitted the correct documentation. Reimbursement will not be delayed for improper or inadequate documentation during Phase I.
Phase II will begin October 1, 2013. By this date the new monitoring process will become a requirement. If counties do not submit the correct documentation, the approval process for the APB may be delayed.
