Erin Frisch, Senior Deputy Director, Economic Stability Administration
Erin Frisch is the senior deputy director for the MDHHS Economic Stability Administration (ESA), which administers public assistance programs and resources designed to help low-income families achieve self-sufficiency and improve their overall economic well-being.
Erin previously led the Office of Child Support since 2012, overseeing services for more than 800,000 children through paternity establishment, order enforcement and judicial partnerships.
From 2019 to 2020, Frisch served as chief deputy director for Opportunity, helping connect public assistance, child support, health and child welfare programs. She also co-led the MDHHS Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, advancing dialogue and shifting agency culture.
Frisch earned her bachelor’s degree in public policy from James Madison College at Michigan State University.
