Sudhakar Ramaswamy is the chief technology officer and senior deputy director for the MDHHS Strategic Integration Administration. In this role, he is responsible for the department’s Information Technology Strategy, Oversight, Privacy, Compliance and Data Governance.
Before his appointment in September 2019, Sudhakar served as the director of Information Technology for Sparrow Health System in Lansing. In that role he oversaw IT Technical Services, Enterprise Architecture, Clinical Engineering and Health IT Integration and Interoperability.
Prior to that, Sudhakar worked for Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) in various roles supporting the departments of Transportation, Treasury and others.
