MDCH Recognizes April as National Minority Health Month

The Michigan Department of Community Health (MDCH), Division of Health, Wellness and Disease Control, Health Disparities Reduction and Minority Health Section (HDRMH) in coordination with the African American Male Health Initiative, Check Up! Or Check Out!, is recognizing April 2010 as Minority Health Month.
The theme for this year's month of events adopted by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Minority Health is "MAN UP FOR YOUR HEALTH! HEALTHY MEN MOVE OUR COMMUNITIES FORWARD"
