This annual funding is used to improve public community-based mental health services for adults who have serious mental illness and for children who have serious emotional disturbance.
LANSING - The Michigan Department of Community Health has submitted an application to the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration for Community Mental Health Block Grant funding for fiscal year 2012-2013. The application is for funds totaling $12,532,381 for the fiscal year that begins Oct. 1.
