Health Impact Statements
CDC's 1305 grant opportunity, State Public Health Actions to Prevent and Control Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity and Associated Risk Factors, and Promote School Health, was a coordinated effort between three MDHHS program areas and the Michigan Department of Education.
