"The advice I would give to other people with disabilities is to contact your local Community Mental Health (CMH) to see if they have a position open or potential resources to assist you while you search for a job."

"The advice I would give to employers is to give people with disabilities a chance to succeed. Be open-minded and don't judge them until you give them a chance to be successful."
