The Office of Recovery Oriented Systems of Care (OROSC) oversees prevention, treatment and recovery efforts related to substance use and mental health disorders and problem gambling addictions in Michigan. Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans PIHPs are under agreement with MDCH to provide substance abuse prevention, treatment, and recovery services throughout Michigan. Prevention is involved in reducing youth access to tobacco and underage drinking, and providing parenting awareness resources. Please click on Prevention to learn more. Treatment services include detoxification, inpatient and outpatient care, short and long term residential therapy, and access services for women and families.
