October 18 2022 Amendment for Testing in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Homes for the Aged, and Adult Foster Care Facilities

The order issued on October 12, 2021, entitled “Testing in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Homes for the Aged, and Adult Foster Care Facilities” is amended as follows:
Section 2(c) and its subsections are stricken.
Section 2(d) is stricken.
Section 2(g)(2) is revised to state: “Facilities must manage staff who decline testing when required in accordance with QSO 20-38-NH.” This Order is effective immediately.
