Rescission of Emergency Orders

To accommodate changing circumstances as the state continues to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, it is necessary to rescind certain emergency orders.
I therefore order that the following orders are rescinded:
1. April 2, 2020 – Director’s order pursuant to MCL 333.2253 – Re: Executive Orders 2020-11, 2020-20, and 2020-21.
2. May 18, 2020 – Emergency order pursuant to MCL 333.2253 – Re: Executive Orders 2020-69, 2020-71, 2020-91, and 2020-92.
3. May 27, 2020 – Emergency order pursuant to MCL 333.2253 – Re: Executive Orders 2020-69, 2020-71, 2020-96, and 2020-97.
4. June 10, 2020 – Emergency order pursuant to MCL 333.2253 – Re: Executive Orders 2020-110, 2020-114, and 2020-115.
5. June 30, 2020 – Emergency order under MCL 333.2253 – Exceptions to temporary restrictions on entry into residential care facilities.
6. July 30, 2020 – Emergency order under MCL 333.2253 – Re: Executive Orders 2020-110, 2020-114, and 2020-115.
7. September 10, 2020 – Emergency order under MCL 333.2253 – Additional exceptions to temporary restrictions on entry into residential care facilities.
This order does not affect any proceedings or prosecutions based on the above orders.
This order is effective immediately.
