This Guide to Online Reporting is designed to help mandated reporters use the Michigan Online Reporting System (MORS) to submit complaints of suspected child abuse or neglect to Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS). If you are not a mandated reporter and need to report suspected child abuse or neglect, please contact MDHHS Centralized Intake at 855-444-3911.

Creating an Account
To use the Michigan Online Reporting System (MORS) for the first time, you must create a password-protected account and profile on MI Bridges for your security and convenience.
Account Management
Once you have created your account on MI Bridges, you will use the Login link to login to MORS.
