In accordance with federal requirements, the FY 2025 Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Model Plan is available for public comment and can be found at Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) State Plans (michigan.gov).
There will be a Public Hearing on the LIHEAP Plan Monday, Aug. 26, at the Grand Tower Building, 235 S Grand Ave. in Lansing, in the Dempsey Room. Comments may also be submitted via email to mdhhs-liheap_stateplan@michigan.gov through Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024.
