  1. In the dropdown below, scroll to the number of people that live in your house and click Submit.
    • After clicking Submit, a calculator will give you an amount.
  2. If your household income is less than the calculated amount, you are eligible for our program.
  3. Scroll down to the map of Michigan and
    • Click on your county in the map   --OR--
    • Use the dropdown and select your county from the alphabetical listing.
  4. You can call or email the names to the right for information about the program and/or enrollment.
