Michigan HIV Incidence Estimates were published by the HIV/STD/TB/VH Epidemiology Section of the Michigan Department of Community Health. Data for this report were generated under the Serologic Testing Algorithm for Recent HIV Seroconversion (STARHS). Michigan is one of 25 states and cities providing data for the national HIV incidence estimates released by CDC. For questions about these data, call 517-335-1716.
