There are no current active CRCs.
The infection control grant was re-opened with an open application period began at 8 am EST on September 3, 2024 and closed at 5 pm EST on October 1, 2024. This grant is on a first come, first served basis and approvable projects will be approved until funds are depleted. All skilled nursing facilities are eligible to apply even if the facility was awarded a previous infection control grant in 2022-2023.

Upcoming Meeting Dates
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) is hosting a series of monthly touchpoint meetings with Nursing Facility providers. Previously known as the Nursing Facility Check-in Meetings, these will be a monthly webinar regarding Nursing Facility topics, updates, and current issues.
Meetings will take place on the second Thursday of each month from 11:00 - 12:00 PM. Providers will need to register separately for each meeting. These meetings are subject to change or cancellation based on a lack of agenda or topic items.
