CSHCS Family Phone Line

The CSHCS Family Phone Line is staffed by Family Center team members that are trained to help parents and family members find resources when the need arises.

To reach the CSHCS Family Phone Line, call 800-359-3722, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).

The Family Phone Line is a dedicated number for family support. In addition to help finding local, county, or state resources, the Family Phone Line team can also help you:

  • Learn about the CSHCS program and Family Center services and supports.
  • Connect with other caregivers for peer support.
  • Talk to a Family Center team member for information or encouragement.
  • Get help with enrolling in or resolving an issue with CSHCS coverage.
