MDHHS uses email addresses entered in the CHAMPS provider enrollment application to communicate with providers. Providers should maintain valid email address information within their CHAMPS provider enrollment information. For instructions on how to update or modify email addresses reference the Provider Enrollment webpage step-by-step enrollment guide resources.
Provider hotline hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. The hotline is closed on all State of Michigan holidays and most national holidays.
Beneficiary hotline hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
