October 13, 2026: Attention All Providers: Beginning November 1, 2026, providers whose pay-to-address which results in an undeliverable check will be contacted by MDHHS and given 30 days to update the pay-to-address information.
Failure to update the pay-to-address within the specified timeframe will result in the provider’s SIGMA account inactivation, resulting in a lack of payment. Providers that share the same SIGMA Vendor ID and any rendering providers associated to the billing provider will also be impacted by the SIGMA account inactivation.
