September 15, 2026: Attention All Providers: Effective October 14th, 2026, MDHHS TPL will begin receiving a monthly file from Meritain Health. This file contains commercial health coverage information, which will be loaded directly into the CHAMPS TPL coverage records. TPL will no longer update these commercial records unless there are changes after the last load date of the eligibility records received directly from Meritain.
