September 25, 2026: Outpatient Hospital Providers: July 2026 Quarterly APC & ASC Software: The July 2026 quarterly APC & ASC software was loaded into CHAMPS on September 18, 2026. MDHHS will attempt to reprocess all claims that were processed under the previous quarter's software. If providers find claims that were missed by MDHHS during the recycling process, we suggest that providers rebill the claims with the claim note "Previous TCN XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX rebilling July 2026 quarterly updates."
