All offices are expected to reopen on Friday, February 26, 2016, for regular business hours.
Due to the emergency snow conditions impacting the Lower Peninsula, Michigan Department of Health and Human Services offices – along with other state offices – in counties with a declared Winter Storm Warning were closed on Thursday, February 25, 2016.
State offices in the Upper Peninsula remain open.
Check www.michigan.gov for updates and for a list of counties with declared Winter Storm Warnings.
Reports of abuse or neglect of children or vulnerable adults can still be made by calling 855-444-3911. Public assistance customers can apply online or check the status of their cases at www.michigan.gov/mibridges.
