The public hearing for the LIHEAP State Plan is August 15, from 9-11 a.m. at the Grand Tower, 235 S. Grand Ave., Room 1A, Lansing. Public comments on the LIHEAP State Plan may also be submitted by email to MDHHS-LIHEAP_StatePlan@michigan.gov through August 15, 2016.
