BC3NP and WISEWOMAN Eligibility
Who Is Eligible?
Women are eligible for services based on the following criteria:
- Between the ages of 21 and 64 for the BC3NP.
- Between the ages of 35 and 64 for WISEWOMAN.
- Not insured or insured with high out of pocket costs.
- Income (less than 250% Federal Poverty Level; see table below).
- Currently living in Michigan.
Note: Women who are enrolled in a managed care program, a health maintenance organization, or Medicare Part B are not eligible for the BC3NP. Clients are not required to submit proof of income.
