The Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) is Michigan’s statewide immunization information system. It securely stores vaccination records for individuals of all ages, supports healthcare providers in managing patient immunizations, and helps public health authorities monitor vaccination coverage, ensure compliance with school and childcare requirements, and respond to outbreaks.
As of August 10, 2026, MCIR users can access the new system using their existing MiLogin for Business/Workers credentials. MCIR legacy was retired on August 7, 2026.
