Thank you for your interest in the Multi-site Health study (MSS). The purpose of MSS is to learn more about exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in drinking water and how these exposures may impact human health.
MSS is a study funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) in seven states across the United States.
If you have any questions about the study or cannot submit the form below, please call 844-464-7327 Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm to speak with study staff.
