The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services-Health Services, Bureau of Aging, Community Living, and Supports (ACLS Bureau), has updated the Legal Assistance operating standard.
The purpose of this update is to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the Administration for Community Living’s final rule to modernize the implementing regulations of the Older Americans Act of 1965.
