Upcoming 2024 Webinar Dates
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Provider Outreach and Education Section currently utilizes Adobe Connect for webinar training sessions. Adobe Connect is a web-based program that offers many features and is beneficial in providing better customer service to providers.
We ask that if you are a first-time user of Adobe Connect, you take the time before the training to review the user guide and perform a URL connection test to ensure you will be able to view and hear the webinar.

1-on-1 Provider Training Request
If you are currently enrolled as a Medicaid provider and are interested in having an MDHHS Provider Consultant contact you for 1-on-1 training, please submit your request using the link below. Once the information is submitted it will be logged and forwarded to a Provider Consultant that specializes in your field. After you have submitted your request, a Provider Consultant will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. These 1-on-1 sessions are available virtually or in-person and are intended to provide specialized training for providers. For questions related to specific claims contact Provider Support.

Association Request
If you are interested in having an MDHHS Provider Consultant attend your Association's meeting or conference, either in person or virtually, please submit your request using the link below. After you have submitted your request, a Provider Consultant will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
