The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Provider Outreach and Education Section utilizes Zoom webinar training sessions. If you are currently enrolled as a Medicaid provider and are interested in having an MDHHS Provider Consultant contact you for 1-on-1 training, please submit your request using the link below. Once the information is submitted it will be logged and forwarded to a Provider Consultant that specializes in your field. After you have submitted your request, a Provider Consultant will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. These 1-on-1 sessions are available virtually or in-person and are intended to provide specialized training for providers. For questions related to specific claims contact Provider Support.
