The MiImms Portal will no longer be available or supported after August 6, 2026. A new secure application for requesting your official Michigan immunization record is expected to be available in November 2026. More information will be shared as it becomes available. In the meantime, you can request your immunization record from your health care provider or your local Michigan county health department. You may also complete the Request for Official State of Michigan Immunization Record form and submit it to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Immunization Program.

In October 2025, Michigan adopted the immunization schedules published by the American Academy of Pediatricians, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists as the standards of care for immunization practices in Michigan.
MDHHS is working to ensure that all materials and webpages reference these immunization recommendations that are supported by evidence and aligned with best practices.
