March 9, 2026: Attention All Providers: MDHHS has updated the provider fee screens and CHAMPS with the yearly code rate updates. MDHHS will adjust fee-for-service claims with dates of services on or after January 1, 2026, to allow them to be processed under the updated rate(s). The adjusted claims can be identified with the claim note “CY26 RVU Rate Automation Retro Rate Adjustments” and will begin to process on pay cycle 12, pay date March 19, 2026, until completed.
