September 12, 2025: Attention All Providers: As of September 22, 2025, the Document Management Portal (DMP) application in CHAMPS will have a new look and feel. Current functionality will remain the same. As part of the upcoming CHAMPS system release, the DMP application will be down starting 4:00 PM, Friday, 9/19/2025 and will be back up, Monday, 9/22/2025. Updated training materials are forthcoming.
