The LTC Reimbursement and Rate Setting Section, LTC Reimbursement and Audit Division, Bureau of Audit, Financial Operations Administration is responsible for the analysis, and implementation of reimbursement and rate setting policies/procedures for LTC institutional providers. This affects 390 nursing homes (NH), 35 county medical care facilities (CMCF), 20 hospital long term care units (HLTCU), 6 ventilator dependent units, and hospital swing beds (HSBs). The section also implements policy for the cost settlement of these providers for Medicaid (Title XIX). Directs the administration of the County Maintenance of Effort (MOE) revenue program as it affects the CMCF.
