MDHHS utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Prospective Payment System 1 (PPS-1) methodology in which CCBHC Demonstration Sites receive a daily clinic-specific rate for providing approved CCBHC services to eligible Medicaid individuals.
The CCBHC Code Chart (linked below) serves as a reference only and CCBHCs should refer to Chapter 8 of the CCBHC Handbook for service requirements. For provider qualifications, eligible modifiers, and service reporting expectations, CCBHCs must refer to the most recent Behavioral Health Code Chart and Provider Qualifications.
