SDOH Community Influencer Program

Health is affected by many different variables and challenges within a community, and sometimes these challenges make it hard for residents to get needed support and resources. When you join the Community Influencer Program, you can help us learn about the specific conditions, problems, and needs in your community. Your ideas and feedback will help us find ways to make things better and create more opportunities for everyone to be healthy and well.

Your feedback will help make programs and services better and more accessible for everyone.

We want community members across the state to provide their feedback and let us know if we’re on track or missing the mark. Your feedback will be shared with programs to help them improve. We will also continue to update Community Influencers, so they know how their feedback is being used to improve the health and well-being of Michigan families.

As an Influencer, you can help enhance decision-making to inform policies and improve programs and services. Your input will ultimately help to improve health outcomes and advance equity in Michigan.
