SDOH Community Influencer Program
MDHHS SDOH COMMUNITY INFLUENCER PROGRAM
Health is affected by many different variables and challenges within a community, and sometimes these challenges make it hard for residents to get needed support and resources. The Community Influencer Program is helping us learn about the specific conditions, problems, and needs in your community. Community influencer's ideas and feedback will help us find ways to make things better and create more opportunities for everyone to be healthy and well.
Community Influencer's feedback will help make programs and services better and more accessible for everyone.
We want community members across the state to provide their feedback and let us know if we’re on track or missing the mark. Their feedback will be shared with programs to help them improve. We will also continue to update Community Influencers, so they know how their feedback is being used to improve the health and well-being of Michigan families.
What is a Community Influencer?
A Community Influencer is a person who shares input regarding their community’s needs. Influencers will have a working relationship with MDHHS, as well as community partners.
What does a Community Influencer do?
Provide your feedback on programs and share your experiences. We want to hear about challenges in your community that may prevent people from having happy and healthy lives.
